What is your exchange / return policy?
All exchanges and/or credits must be made within 15 days of shipment. You must have your receipt for any exchange or store credit. Merchandise cannot be altered in way. Exchanges and/or store credits will only be given on items returned in the exact form as when purchased. Original tags must be on merchandise. We will not accept items that have been laundered, that have been worn, or that are not in new condition. All exchanges or store credits are given at the discretion of Accent Uniforms. We will not issue an exchange or store credit on any item marked final sale. Accent Uniforms does not issue refunds on any purchases. Merchandise that needs to be exchanged should be sent to:

Shoes can be exchanged within 10 days of shipment. We will not issue refunds on shoes. You must have your register receipt for any exchange or store credit. In order to receive an exchange and/or store credit, shoes must be returned in new condition. Shoes that have been worn will not be exchanged or credited. When will I receive a confirmation of my order?
After you place an order by means of this site, you should receive an email acknowledgment within one business day to confirm that Accent Uniforms, Inc. has accepted your order and is processing it. The email will contain the details of your order, the itemized and total amounts that will be billed to your credit card, including all applicable taxes and other charges. Please review this receipt carefully to confirm that we properly understood your order. This email will come from brian.dekind@accentuniforms.com, please make sure that your system will accept email from this address. We have had many instances where our customers do not receive this confirmation email because of the spam blockers that they are using. We may also send you follow-up correspondence from bergld@aol.com. Please configure your mailbox to accept email from both of these addresses.
When can I expect to receive my order?
In stock items will be shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of your order and payment. We use Priority Mail to ship most of our packages. If an order is temporarily out of stock it may be shipped directly from one of our suppliers and they typically use UPS or FEDEX Ground service. In most cases you will receive your order in 5-7 business days. If an item is on back-order we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available.
Priority Mail is not an expidited shipping service, it our our standard shipping and does not mean that you are paying extra to receive your order quicker. If you need your order for a particular date we suggest that you contact us to set up other shipping arrangements. The shipping charges will be adjusted depending on specific carrier charges. Overnight shipping rates start at $19.95 for Express Mail and go up from there for FEDEX or UPS.
